Vegetarian diet lowers cholesterol

Meat (including beef, chicken, pork, and fish) contains saturated fat and dietary cholesterol which raise blood cholesterol.

A vegetarian diet restricts only meat. Could you imagine if you restricted dairy and eggs to reduce your saturated fat and cholesterol intake even more? Your cholesterol levels might actually be normal.
