1 15 oz can chick peas, drained, rinsed, and somewhat dry
1 8 oz container of garlic hummus
3 medium carrots
1/2 red onion
Sprouted-grain bread (toasted is my favorite)
Process chick peas, carrots, red onion, scallions in food processor. Combine with hummus. Add pepper to taste. Spread on bread for sandwiches or over a green salad..
