In this video, I talk about green tea. If you're sensitive to caffeine, by all means, drink decaf green tea. It works the same, and that's what I do.
Green tea has 30-50 mg of caffeine per 8 oz. cup, as compared to regular coffee which has between 90 and 700 mg per 8 oz cup, and I prefer to skip the caffeine.
Green tea is also an appetite suppressant so that can help you from snacking while at home.
